  2. This was one of the worst examples of pearl-clutching I've seen. The narrator's flat voice and worried tone all point to the weakness of current Western liberalism. I assume these Russian hooligans exist; how could it be otherwise? They exist in most places. Does the BBC not venture out of the posher parts of London? The real point to the film is near the end, after all the scare tactics to keep delicate English at home: Putin will not want an international incident during the World Cup.
